1. How much do you charge for delivery service?
Our delivery service fee is determined based on your shipping address, the weight and dimension of your purchases.
To find out the charges, simply add the items of your interests to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly shown after you have entered your delivery address.
 
2. Do you deliver to my area?
Our delivery service is currently limited to addresses within Malaysia only. We can however consider special arrangements for delivery outside Malaysia. Simply e-mail info@sharegreenkids.com.my with your request.
 
3. When will my order arrive?
Under normal circumstances, you will receive your order within 7 business days (9 business days for East Malaysia) from the day in which your order has been successfully placed and payment completed.
For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.

4. Can I track the delivery status?
The courier details and tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply provide these details to info@sharegreenkids.com.my and you will have real time information on your delivery status.
 
5. Can I return the Goods?
Goods and Delivery charges are non-refundable.
In case of faulty products, Goods can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt. All exchanges / refunds must be accompanied by original receipt, packaging and all parts intact. All refunds will be processed by cash or credit upon proof of ShareGreen Kids Product’s receipt.
 
6. Does the talking pen have warranty?
Yes. Below are the terms and conditions of the talking pen’s warranty.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty
  1. Seller provides the following warranties to the Buyer:-
    • within 7 days from the date of purchase as evidenced by proof of purchase, replacement of talking pen in case of any manufacturing defects;
    • for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase as evidenced by proof of purchase, free repair services of the talking pen;
    • for any period exceeding 2 years from the date of purchase as evidenced by proof of purchase, free repair services but the Buyer shall pay for the replacement parts and the transportation costs.
  2. The above warranty does not apply to the talking pen which
    • has been modified or subjected to improper handling, storage, installation, operation or maintenance by Buyer, including use of unauthorized replacement parts; or
    • parts requiring replacement because of natural wear and tear; or
    • Buyer fails to produce the proof of purchase.
  3. Seller’s liability under this warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective talking pen during the warranty period stipulated above. It is agreed that the remedies of repair and replacement shall constitute Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy. Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, with respect to the talking pen, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose of the talking pen. In no event shall Seller’s liability exceed the value of the talking pen at its time of purchase. Seller shall not be responsible of any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property injury, loss of profits or otherwise, whether based on breach of contract, warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise and whether or not the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
  4. This warranty is subject to the interpretation under Malaysian laws.
